Customer Reviews

Pros:
Heavy well created faucet.
Looks good.
Functions great.
reasonable price tag
Cons:
No directions. There was an instruction booklet but it was about other faucets by this manufacturer. No directions on this faucet.
The booklet says the the faucet is guaranteed. It doesn't say for how lengthy it is guaranteed or exactly where to get service. No address and no telephone number.
I was surprised how noisy it is.
Undersink metal bracket is not nicely developed. Too small and too thin. Have to be cautious when tightening down faucet so that the bracket will not buckle by means of sink faucet hole. Also the nuts rub up against water provide hoses and bracket gets caught on the hoses and has to be tweaked when tightening the nuts.
Hoses need to have been for 3/8 fittings. Most residence installations have 3/8 angle cease. Had to purchase new angle stops for this faucet.
Faucet only. No drain, and so on included.
SEPTEMBER 22 Assessment UPDATE: Vendor, WTEvergreen LLC - Amazon Marketplace, contacted me and addressed all my concerns with me and the manufacturer. In the future, specific instruction booklet will be included, adapters will be supplied to fit three/8 angle cease, etc, etc. I HAVE now Changed TO Five STARS. Very impressed with their client service and I would have no hesitation to order from them in the future.

I was highly excited when I purchased this faucet. I liked the flat waterfall design, and the modern style of the hardware. Ahead of beginning the install, as I was searching the hardware over, I noticed the extended flat opening where the water pours out was uneven, on both the upper and lower sides, and marred on the edges, but didn't give it a second thought at the time. In retrospect, I quite possibly should really have quit while I was ahead. I got my old faucet removed, got almost everything in spot for the new a single, then realized that the supply lines that had been supplied did not fit the connections coming out of my wall. The subsequent day, just after a trip to the hardware retailer with what was "the top remedy to a stupid dilemma" according to the guy at the hardware shop, I ended up connecting my old provide lines to the new ones with a modest adapter, which is apparently not to Universal Plumbing Code. Now with the hoses all in place, I began the course of action of really attaching the faucet to the sink base. Squeezing all those water lines, drain stopper assembly, and bolts by way of one particular currently small, quite non-flexible because it really is porcelain hole is a chore, but I got every thing in place. Lastly, expecting solace in a job nicely performed, I turn on the faucet, only to obtain that the water comes out all ripply, and doesn't even pour in one particular ribbon into the sink. As I leaned in to examine the trigger of the issue, I understand it's that stupid lengthy flat, uneven opening -which is unquestionably not the finely crafted piece of hardware it appears in the promo pictures- which is causing all the concerns. Now I am in the less than thrilling position of getting to eliminate this -already tricky to install- now hard to remove defected waterfall faucet and commence again from square 1, maybe this time with The Bold Look of something from a corporation I've heard of ahead of. Like I likely must have completed from the get started.
